Welcome to KLM Holiday House – your peaceful retreat in the heart of Dalmatia, located in the village of Rupalj, just a few minutes’ drive from Zadar.
Our house, built in 2023, was designed as a true family home – created with love, care, and warmth. Everything inside is brand new, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to make you feel at home, while also providing the touch of luxury and relaxation you deserve on your vacation.
Surrounded by greenery, the song of crickets, and the stunning view of Mount Velebit, here you’ll find peace, quiet, and the simple charm of Dalmatian village life — yet still be close to all the attractions and amenities that Zadar and its surroundings have to offer.

KLM House features three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms (WCs), a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room perfect for gathering and relaxation.
Outdoors, you’ll find a swimming pool ideal for cooling off on warm days, along with a summer kitchen and barbecue area where you can enjoy shared dinners under the starry sky.
